1. Service Scope & Custom Proposals

All web engineering, server hosting, digital marketing, and publication services are delivered according to a tailored statement of work and custom fee plan agreed upon prior to project initiation.

2. Milestone-Based Payment Policy

Every project follows a two-stage milestone structure:

• A 50% advance deposit is required to schedule and initiate development.
• The remaining 50% balance is payable upon complete publication, final testing, and approved delivery.
• Work will not proceed to live handover or credential transfer until milestone settlements are cleared.

3. Intellectual Property & Ownership

Upon full settlement of all agreed project fees, complete administrative credentials, codebases, custom assets, and system control are transferred 100% to the client.

4. Scope Revisions & Additional Requests

Features, architectural changes, or design revisions outside the initial agreed roadmap are estimated separately and billed according to our standard custom rates.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable commercial and digital trade laws.
